Terms and conditions
Effective 17 October 2026
These terms apply to the Breath Switch: Stress Relief app for Android (the app), made by Marko Zanoski (we, us). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Your license
When you buy the app on Google Play, you get a personal, non exclusive, non transferable license to install and use it on Android devices linked to your Google account, for your own use. The app and everything in it remain ours. You may not copy, resell, rent, decompile or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms.
2. Purchase and refunds
The app is sold through Google Play for a one time price shown in the store. Google processes the payment. Refunds follow the Google Play refund policy, and you can request one through Google Play. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
3. Your health
Breath Switch is a wellness app. It offers general breathing guidance and is not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it does not replace a doctor.
- Breathe gently and never force the breath. If you feel dizzy, light headed, short of breath or unwell, stop and breathe normally.
- If you have a breathing or lung condition such as asthma or COPD, a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy or a mental health condition, or you are pregnant, ask your doctor before you use the app, and before you try any breath holds. Right nostril sessions are not for people with high blood pressure or heart problems.
- Never force air through a blocked nostril. With a cold or allergy, breathe gently through both sides.
- Do not use the app while driving, swimming, bathing or doing anything where feeling light headed could put you at risk.
You use the app at your own risk.
4. Updates
We may release updates that add, change or remove features. We aim to keep the app working on current Android versions, but we cannot promise it will work on every device or every future version of Android.
5. No warranty
The app is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose, and we do not promise any health result.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for injury, loss of data, profits or use, arising from the app. Our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Privacy
How the app handles data is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
9. Ending
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. If you break these terms, your license ends.
